Paul-ease!

Ron Paul stated today no FEMA response was necessary for hurricane Irene. "A state can decide. We don't need somebody in Washington." He was then tied to a rock along the shores of Virginia where he promptly changed his mind.

  1. I'm hoping that Ms. Irene might wash a few of those useless, dumbass politicians far, far away into the ocean to live with the fishes.

It's been pissing me off that they're so worried about the East coast cities, but here in the armpit of the world, Louisiana, they let our magnificent New Orleans just go under and fend for herself in Katrina, like we're less important than the damn Yankees. I'll just tippy-toe off my soapbox now.....LOL!

  2. It would be nice if such politicians were washed away and didn't fly to safety in expensive jets. But you make a very good point. They didn't worry enough. They haven't done enough still.

    This Yankee apologizes.

  3. Oh, no, Ben! I was certain you were Southern. I hereby declare you a Coonass by Proxy. I can do that since I was born in south Louisiana and I *am* a Notary. Now you have to learn some cajun French and eat lots of crawfish & gumbo. Laissez les bontemps roulez! (Let the good times roll). ;-)
